William A. Moffat, CEO & Founder
Mr. Moffat is a process engineer turned entrepreneur. He founded Yield Engineering Systems (YES) in 1980, introducing a vacuum bake/vapor prime system that innovated front-end processing in the semiconductor industry. Mr. Moffat was born and educated in the UK; he received an HNC in Electronics and an HNC in Mechanics from Stockport Technical College. He previously held engineering positions at AEI, W.T. Glovers & Co., British Aerospace, Ferranti's, Motorola, Rockwell and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD). Mr. Moffat incessantly whistles happy tunes. Most days, we like that about him. |

Dan Dunkly, President Mr. Dunkly joined YES in 1985 and has held a variety of senior positions in the company prior to becoming president. Mr. Dunkly has served as COO, vice president of manufacturing, and operations manager. His current responsibilities include strategic growth planning, as well as overseeing the manufacturing process and engineering group. Dan's hobbies include dirt bike riding, golf, and pursuing his pilot's license. He spends a lot of his free time assuring his family and friends that flying is safer than driving.

Lori Cantrell, Executive VP Sales & Marketing Ms. Cantrell leads sales and marketing for YES and has been with the company since 1991. Ms. Cantrell has worked in the semiconductor, real estate, and retail industries and has extensive experience in finance, sales and technical writing. She received her marketing communications training through San Jose State and holds an achievement award in Internet Marketing Communications. She spends her free time dirt bike riding and gardening. We like to picture her tearing up her garden and then putting it back together. But, knowing Lori, it's probably a lot more orderly than that.

James Brackman, CFO & Administration
Mr. Brackman has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2000. Prior to joining YES, Mr. Brackman held positions at ICON Capital and Mitsubishi Imaging, where he specialized in 10-K and 10-Q filings. Mr. Brackman holds a B.A. in Accounting from the State University of New York (SUNY). In his free time, wait, he's got a toddler at home. Nevermind.
